Cooking with Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil

Border Fields Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil has a subtle nutty flavour which complements your other ingredients.

Unlike many seed oils, it cooks to a high temperature and is a great all rounder in the kitchen, use it for stir fries, roasting, baking, dressings and marinades.

Why not try it for:

  • Dipping: a beautiful dish of golden oil makes a great starter served with your favourite bread or ciabatta

  • Dressing: use in place of olive oil in your usual dressing recipe
