Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
6 oz Plain Flour 5 oz Caster Sugar 1 oz Cocoa Powder 1 teaspoon Baking Powder 1 teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda 2 Eggs 2 tablespoons Syrup 1/2 pint Border Fields Rapeseed Oil 1/4 pint water or milk
Method
Whisk all ingredients together with balloon whisk and
put in greased square cake tin or similar round tin. Bake for
approximately 40 minutes at 160 degrees.
